WHAT COUNTRIES ARE YOU AVAILABLE IN?
Currently, we are only available in the US and Canada. We create US content in English and Spanish and Canada content in English. Business owners from other countries can subscribe for content, however Flash Sale Content and Promos are only available for the US and Canada.
DO I HAVE TO PAY VIA PAYPAL?
You can enroll using your existing Paypal account or you can sign in as a guest using a credit/debit card.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged on the day that you subscribe. Your next payment will be taken out 30 days later (1 month)
HOW WILL I ACCESS CONTENT?
New content will be available on ContentCreateStudio.com. When you subscribe, you’ll be given a username and password. Whenever new content is released, you can login and tap the links that you would like to download. Keep in mind that any new content replaces the previous content. So make sure to download all the templates into your Canva app by clicking each link.
WHEN WILL FLASH SALE CONTENT BE RELEASED?
Just like you, we are unaware of when new flash sales will be announced. But we make the promise to deliver content 2-4 hours after the flash sale drops. We design 2 different styles of content for every flash sale. Each style will have at least 4 pages of content to use on your stories including the details of the sale, an example cart and a call to action.
WHEN DOES RECRUITING CONTENT GET RELEASED?
Recruiting content gets released every Monday as a template.

WILL EVERYONE’S CONTENT BE THE SAME?
All content will be received as customizable templates for you to edit your picture, colors, fonts, information, etc.
HOW DO I PUT MY PICTURES INTO THE CONTENT TEMPLATES?
Customizable content is posted to our site. When you open the link, you will be asked to create a Canva Account. Click “Use Template” to start editing. We recommend downloading the Canva App. To replace a picture, tap on the image you’d like to replace and click “Replace” – located at the bottom of the page on iPhone. You can Upload Media directly from your device. If you need assistance, click the HELP button on our content page or message us on Instagram.
WHATS THE COMMITMENT?
No commitment! You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe button found in the “My Account” and “Edit Profile” tab.
When you unsubscribe from CCS, your account will be immediately closed. You can find the unsubscribe button under the “My Account” and “Edit Profile” tab. Please read all information on this page before proceeding.
Refunds will only be issued in any case where the user has been wrongfully charged after unsubscribing. Refunds may also be issued if the user accidentally subscribed under the wrong plan. If you would like to request a refund, please notify us within 48 hours of the incorrect charge or subscription at email@example.com
